Dialogue Asset Data Visibility

Within each dialogue, it is possible to view a summary of the visibility of all data published against the subject asset of the dialogue, in two different contexts:

• Data published by the currently logged-in user, and the visibility of that data by other dialogue participants.

• Data published by other participants of the dialogue, and the visibility of that data to the currently logged-in user.

The Asset Data Visibility modal can be accessed by clicking on the Asset Data Visibility button in the upper right of the dialogue.

In the example image, the logged-in user is the Ship Operator (Red Dragon Shipping), and the visibility modal shows that there are various types of data published against the vessel, but only some of this is visible to the Charter Company (Black Gold Chartering):

• Three Voyage Logs have been published, and none are visible to Black Gold Chartering.
• One Document has been published and is not visible.
• One Photo has been published and is not visible.
• One Dialogue is open, and is visible.
• Three Hub Reports have been published and none are visible.

From this page, it is possible to quickly create a Data Share or Data Share Request based on the subject asset with other dialogue participants, by clicking the Create Data Share or Request Data Share button accordingly.
