User Groups Overview

User Groups allow an organisation to control the assignment of Hub data across their business. For example, a Charterer might create a User Group called "Marine Assurance", and that group will be assigned to all data/communications that should be primarily seen by an MA/Vetting Team. This would ensure that the data is assigned to the most relevant users, while also avoiding data being sent to users inappropriately.

Additionally, Reports created from Templates linked to a Community may be restricted to only allow creation by or assignment to specific User Groups.
