Create a Hub Report

Select the Correct Vessel, Company or Terminal

As with Hub Dialogues, Hub Reports must be created against either a Vessel, Company or Terminal.

This example shows the steps to create a Hub Report relating to a Vessel with the Ship Operator (Technical Manager) of that vessel.

  1. In the left-hand menu under INDUSTRY INDEXES, click on Vessels
  2. Using the Search Bar, type the (partial) vessel name and click Search.
  3. Using the Vessel Index, locate the correct vessel.

If you cannot locate the correct vessel in the list, you may need to use the Pagination Controls (if present) to select the next page(s).

  1. Click the Vessel Information button (  ).

Select 'Create Hub Report'

  1. In the upper right, click Capture Vessel Data.
  2. In the drop-down menu that appears, click Create Hub Report.

The options available in this drop-down menu will vary based on the permissions of the current user.

Select the Appropriate Template and Assign the Hub Report

  1. From the Hub Report Template drop-down list, select the appropriate template.
  2. From the Assigned To drop-down list, select the appropriate assignee.

    If assigning this report to your organisation and you have active User Groups configured, then one of these must be selected as the assignee.

    • If the Hub Report is intended to be assigned to the user's own organisation, click Assign to my organisation.
  3. Optional Enter some initial comments to be displayed to the assignee in the Report Notes field.
  4. Click Create Hub Report.

The Hub Report is now created and assigned to the selected assignee, who will receive an appropriate Alert.
