Communities Overview

Communities allow different organisations to collaborate directly with each other in a secure and convenient network within Hub.

Communities may have Hub Report templates assigned to them, allowing users from different companies that frequently work together to utilise a common set of templates for consistent and accurate data capture. Community members may also create Community Data Shares, which have all the functionality of typical Data Shares, but with visibility constrained solely to Community members.

Communities may have one or more administrators, who are responsible for approving or denying Membership Requests, and have the additional following abilities:

• Make a Community public or private.
• Manage the Reports assigned to the Community.
• View metrics/KPIs
• Export data
